Dental implants are titanium screws that are inserted into the bone in place of the missing roots. This allows you to have a tooth where it was lost or to replace teeth that cannot be maintained.
The implant techniques used by the Doctor at the Gorizia practice, who has more than 20 years of experience in the implant field, are minimally invasive. This allows you to not have particular problems in the post-operative period. Most patients do not take painkillers after the operation.
Depending on the case and needs, immediate loading can be used (the tooth is connected to the screw inserted into the bone immediately), computer-guided surgery (the treatment is planned and guide masks are created with a dedicated computer program. These masks will guide the surgery), techniques without lifting the gum (flapless).

The intervention focused on restoring chewing function in the upper left region, where dental implants were present, and on recovering a natural and harmonious smile. Ceramic veneers were applied to the front teeth, and several fillings were revised. The pre-existing dental implants were preserved, with an intervention aimed at thickening the soft tissues and subsequently replacing the crowns. The treatment allowed achieving a satisfactory aesthetic and functional result.

The patient with periodontitis presents because the left central incisor has fallen out. The root is fractured and must be extracted as soon as possible. The extraction and immediate insertion of the implant is performed, regenerating the missing vestibular wall.

The patient presented with a non-maintainable central incisor due to resorption and fracture. The tooth was extracted by Dr. Grusovin and immediately replaced with an implant. After submerged healing, a temporary was inserted.
